VLS PFAS service

Veritas Laboratory Services offers a complete PFAS service.

We not only offer the 47 regulatory PFAS in water but 49 compounds - some of which are likely to degrade to PFOS/PFOA.

VLS offers following suites:

- analysis of individual PFAS

- PFOS/PFOA

- Perfluorohexanoic acid (PFHxA)

- list of all 47 compounds from current Directive Water Inspectorate (DWI) guidance

- list of PFAS regulated and proposed for listing under Stockholm Convention

- PFAS listed in USA EPA 1633 draft method

We also offer the analysis of Ultrashort PFAS and PFSOF which is a precursor of PFOS.

PFSOF cannot be detected by normal LCMS/MS.

Veritas Laboratory Services is the only laboratory in the UK to offer the analysis of 49 UKAS accredited PFAS in solids including soils, ash and sediments.

In addition to this we can undertake the TOP analysis to gain an understanding of the potential risk from unknown PFAS present.
